Always a smooth experience

This was my third order from Kyoot, and just like the others, it went really well. I ordered a replacement saddle and a waterproof pannier bag this time. The quality of their accessories is always solid, matches the bike perfectly. My Kyoot One has been great, so I keep coming back for parts and upgrades. Delivery was quick, maybe 4 days this time, even faster than my first bike order which was already pretty good. It's nice knowing what to expect and always getting good stuff.

Good bike, easy setup

I got the Kyoot One a few weeks ago and it's been pretty nice for getting around. Assembly was easier than I thought, just a few things to snap into place. The folding pedals are neat for storage. It took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio, which was okay. I really like the integrated lights, super convenient.

I didn't return a bike, but I had to send back an accessory. They seemed pretty good about it, no issues with getting my money back. I think you have like 14 days or something from delivery.

It's a folding bike, so they're usually pretty good about accommodating different heights. I'm taller but the standover height is low.

They're a UK company so international shipping could be a bit longer. I'd budget at least 2-3 weeks, maybe more.

I tried stacking a referral and a different promo code once and it didn't work. You usually have to pick the best one. Cycle to Work vouchers are separate though, those apply differently.

Kyoot is def more stylish imo, and the fold is super compact which is great for apartments or public transport. range is decent too.

Fiido might be a bit cheaper but the Kyoot feels more premium. For longer trips, the Kyoot's torque sensor makes a big difference compared to cadence-only bikes like some Fiidos. Makes it feel more like a normal bike.
